Pendry Newport Beach offers a weekly lineup of complimentary wellness classes designed to keep your stay energized, from guided Yoga Flow sessions in the Movement Studio to classes that balance strength, breath and recovery. Each session is led by our resident instructors and welcomes every level, whether you’re keeping your routine or starting fresh. Pair your class with the 24-hour Fitness Center or a post-workout visit to the dry saunas for a well-rounded reset. Reservations are required.
