Spa Facilities
Spa Pendry is located on the 2nd floor of Pendry West Hollywood. Spa facilities include luxuriously appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and herbal steam room, co-ed relaxation area, and complimentary refreshments.

Hotel guests enjoy in-suite day use rental options for items such as yoga mats, weights, resistance bands, and spin bikes. Inquire with Spa Reception for details.

Spa Policies
Spa guests must be 18 years or older to enjoy the spa and fitness facilities. An adult guardian must be present in the room for any guests under 16 who wish to receive spa services. Guests under 18 years old will have no access to spa locker rooms.

On the day of your service, we suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to check in, receive a spa tour and enjoy our facilities prior to your service. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Spa services are arranged specifically for you, so a minimum of 24-hour’s notice is required should you need to reschedule or cancel your service. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will be charged 50% of the treatment price, no shows will be charged the full treatment price.

No outside food or beverage items are permitted. Please notify us of any health considerations such as illness, pregnancy or allergies at time of booking so that we can best coordinate your spa experience.
